What are the main landmarks in Berryfields?
The old things sit at Fleet Marston. St Mary's Church, Fleet Marston stands among fields that also hold the remains of the Roman settlement at Fleet Marston along Akeman Street Roman road, a line of ground far older than any of the new streets nearby. Deserted villages and Civil War earthwork survive on the same fields.

Two ages share this ground. Akeman Street Roman road ran past Fleet Marston long before Aylesbury spread, and the remains of the Roman settlement at Fleet Marston, together with the deserted villages and Civil War earthwork, record centuries of use before the Major Development Area was drawn. St Mary's Church, Fleet Marston kept the parish through it.
Berryfields and Weedon Hill are the newest layer, two housing projects laid over Buckinghamshire farmland on the north-west side of Aylesbury.
