What is the history of Enenda?
Enenda belonged to Tune herred until 1925, when it became part of Sarpsborg as the town expanded. It takes its name from Abraham Knobel, a merchant who came in the 1800s from the village of Ennenda in the Swiss canton of Glarus. Most plots have since been divided.
