About Banqiao
What are the main landmarks in Banqiao?
Eight names make the list. The Lin Family Mansion and Garden is the one people cross a city for, and Daguan Academy carries the older learning of the district alongside the stele Fangqiao Jianxue. Sport takes two entries.

The present arrangement dates to 2010. Banqiao had been an incorporated city and the seat of Taipei County before New Taipei City was constituted, and the change left much the same offices doing much the same work under a new name. Older spellings survive.
