The quarter was attached to that circoscrizione when the old communes were reorganised, and it sat there through the middle of the twentieth century. The current frame is the Media Valbisagno. Sant'Eusebio is now one of the urban units of the Municipio IV, alongside the other quarters of the middle valley.
Its name never changed through any of it. The parish church dedicated to Eusebius of Vercelli gave the place its name and kept it through three administrative homes.
