What are the main landmarks in Kalabria?

The landmarks of Kalabria are working institutions rather than monuments. The Kosovo Customs headquarters keeps the national customs administration in the quarter, and the University for Business and Technology gives its campus address simply as Lagjja Kalabria. Both sit on Rruga Rexhep Krasniqi.

Rruga Agim Çela carries the 7 Marsi school and the family medicine centre that Kosovo's health service still lists as QMF-VII Emshir, while the Terminali Doganor holds the western end of the quarter on the road to Fushë Kosovë.

What is the history of Kalabria?

Kalabria answered to the name Emshir before the present one, and public offices still use it: Kosovo's health service lists the quarter's clinic as QMF-VII Emshir. Rruga Agim Çela carries both names. Coach traffic gave the district its later character, since Prishtina's bus enterprise was founded in 1977, began the present terminal in 1982, and moved into the finished building in 1983, drawing the intercity routes of the whole country to this southwestern edge.

Customs work followed the same corridor west, and the Terminali Doganor took the open ground beyond the housing.

Where is Kalabria?

Kalabria fills the southwest of Pristina. The Qendra Klinike Universitare e Kosovës lies just beyond its eastern boundary, Rruga Lidhja e Pejës and the bus terminal define the north, and Veternik closes the south. Dardania adjoins the northeastern corner, and the westward road runs out past the Terminali Doganor towards Fushë Kosovë.
