Shek Tong Tsui lies further west. That end suits you if a quieter street pattern matters more than a short walk back toward the Hong Kong Park side.

The name records an administrative join. Central and Western District is one of the 18 districts Hong Kong uses to organise itself, and it took its title from the two older halves it brought under a single boundary. Sheung Wan and Shek Tong Tsui carry the older street patterns of the western side.
The eastern end grew tall instead. Hong Kong Park anchors that half of the district, and the shoreline of Hong Kong Island still fixes the boundary along the north.
