What is the history of Hampton Village?

Hampton Village grew as a planned suburb. Saskatoon's west side had not seen a neighbourhood modelled after the village concept before this one, and the layout that resulted put a compact centre of shops and services at the heart of the blocks. Blocks were still going up in 2008.

Detached homes and condominiums were sold while several areas stayed under construction, so the suburb reached its finished shape in stages rather than at once. Confederation and Blairmore sit close by.
