Kingsway West, St. Louis — Area Guide & Where to Stay

Kingsway West is a north-side St. Louis neighborhood, a brick grid boxed in by Union Boulevard, Natural Bridge Avenue and North Kingshighway.

About Kingsway West

Where to stay in Kingsway West

Each area has its own feel; here's who each one suits.

No hotel sign hangs on Union Boulevard. Kingsway West is housing first, from the attached townhomes of Kings Heights to the newer blocks at Norwood Square, and the storefronts along Natural Bridge Avenue and Union Boulevard run to fast food, a laundry and a corner grocery rather than to rooms. Travelers take North Kingshighway south instead, toward the Central West End hotels facing Forest Park.

Natural Bridge Avenue also carries Missouri Route 115 west to Interstate 70 and St. Louis Lambert International Airport, which suits you if an early flight matters more than a walk.
