Olimpijski Bazen Otoka is the local fixture. The swimming complex at Otoka gives Novi Grad a sports address of its own, and it stands among the few landmarks that belong to the municipality rather than to the wider city. The National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina sit together east along the corridor that ties this end of Sarajevo to the older quarters.
