What is the history of Weigelshof?
Weigels Hoff appears in the record in 1388, the estate named after the Nuremberg patrician family Weigel. The Nuremberg council allowed Fabian Haller to build a Lusthäuschen next to it in 1507, and from the sixteenth century the Rech held the property. The Second Margrave War destroyed it in 1552.
Karl Pfinzing rebuilt it in 1568.
