The Rabbit House dates to 1786 and the Ksawerów Manor House to 1840, two neoclassical residences that predate every apartment block in the neighbourhood. The record is otherwise undated. Domaniewska, Ksawerów and Skarpa filled the middle with mid- and high-rise blocks, the western flank turned to the towers that Warsaw calls Mordor, and Królikarnia kept single-family housing in the northeast.
