Not every neighbourhood fits every trip — here's what each one is good for.
A bed in Bucheon is usually a bed for somewhere else. The city lies on the run between Incheon and Seoul, roughly 25 kilometres from the capital, and most people who sleep here have business at one end of that corridor rather than in the municipality holding the middle of it. That is the honest arithmetic.
Byeong-in's tomb and shrine and the memorial sites around it reward an hour of a morning, which makes Bucheon a base first and a destination second. The Seoul end suits anyone commuting inward. Days that run into the capital are shorter from that half of the city, and in a satellite this compact the difference between one end and the other is counted in minutes saved rather than in what stands within walking distance.
Incheon pulls the opposite way. A stay angled at the port side fits work there or a departure through it, leaving 이한규 묘역, 한언 묘와 묘표 and 한준 묘와 신도비 to fill whatever gap the schedule leaves. The heritage ground is scattered.
No single site gathers enough rooms around itself to form a quarter, so the real question is which of the two neighbours a visitor is actually here for.

What is the history of Bucheon-si?
The graves came before the city. Byeong-in's tomb and shrine, 한언 묘와 묘표, 한준 묘와 신도비 and 이한규 묘역 mark families buried on this ground long before any boundary was drawn around it, and together they still account for most of what Bucheon preserves. Stone outlasted the settlement.
A spirit-way stele of the kind standing at 한준 묘와 신도비 was raised to be read by people who would come much later, which is exactly the job it goes on doing in a municipality that has otherwise rebuilt itself from the fields up. One entry reaches further back. Kojubu Three Kingdoms carries the oldest name on the city's list, pointing past the memorial stones that surround it.
Village practice survives as well. 부천석천농기고두마리 keeps a piece of the farming culture that worked this ground before the corridor filled, and its survival beside the tombs marks the same turn from countryside to city. Everything after that is the satellite. 부천시 took its present shape by building over the land between Incheon and Seoul, about 25 kilometres out from the capital, until the fields that once held the graves had disappeared under it.

What is the climate of Bucheon-si?
The temperate year runs here much as it does across the rest of Gyeonggi Province, since Bucheon's own record holds no coast, no mountain and no river to bend it either way. Season shows in the open ground. Byeong-in's tomb and shrine and 이한규 묘역 hold most of what green space the city has, so the months that suit a walk among them are the months worth planning around.
