Osiedle Armii Krajowej went up as Osiedle Manifestu Lipcowego, one of the lower-terrace estates of the Rataje scheme that Poznań approved in 1962. A city council resolution of 27 July 1990 traded that name for the Armia Krajowa, the Polish Home Army. Krystyna Feldman had served the Armia Krajowa as a liaison from 1942, and the actress spent her last years in a flat at number 76.
She died there in 2007. Wojciech Ejsmondt painted her likeness on the gable of that block in 2018, which put a Home Army courier on the wall of a Home Army estate.
