Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone puts almost all its rooms in the southern parcel, strung along Tianfu Avenue on Metro Line 1. The thickest cluster sits between Jincheng Square Station, under the New Century Global Center, and Century City Station by the exhibition halls. Financial City sits north, on Jiaozi Avenue. Further south, 3rd Tianfu Street and 5th Tianfu Street serve Tianfu Software Park, where you want a room if your week is all meetings.
Guixi Ecological Park breaks the towers. The western parcel runs to factories and the Qingshuihe campus of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

What is the history of Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone?
Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone was approved in 1991, among the first national high-tech industrial development zones. It holds no district charter. Its management committee is an arm of the Chengdu municipal government under a joint provincial and municipal model, yet it exercises nearly every power a chartered district holds.
It holds Xiaojiahe, Fangcaojie, Shiyang, Guixi, and Zhonghe in trust in the south, Hezuo and Xiyuan in the west. Financial City Station opened in 2010 beside a complex raised as a municipal administrative centre and later renamed Financial City. Intel put its assembly and test plant here in 2003.
